
Duane comes to Magpul after 12 years of service as a United States Marine, in both the enlisted and officer ranks. Starting as an enlisted infantryman, Duane transitioned to the officer ranks to complete a varied career in the infantry, as an F/A-18 Combat Flight Lead and night systems instructor, and as an original member of the Marine Special Operations Command.
In addition to his operational duties, Duane established and managed training programs for firearms, tactics, and aviation employment for the 2nd Marine Special Operations Battalion, and was a force modernization manager for weapons, lasers, and night vision as a collateral duty. Many of the Standard Operating Procedures he established are still in use today for heliborne inserts, aviation employment, tactical graphics creation and use, and raid templates. Duane is a Helicopter Rope Suspension Techniques Master, a Joint Terminal Attack Controller Instructor, has completed multiple Close Quarters Battle, Close Quarters Marksmanship, Direct Action Raid, and Reconnaissance packages and certification exercises, and has trained both domestic and foreign militaries and law enforcement in various disciplines.
Duane completed an aviation combat deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and two ground combat deployments to Afghanistan in support of the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan and Operation Enduring Freedom. He has participated in over 150 combat missions between his aviation and SOCOM deployments, and his awards include the Bronze Star with "V" for heroism, six Air Medals, the Navy Commendation Medal, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
Between the end of his active service and coming to Magpul, Duane served as the Director of Government Programs and Training for the Brownells Training Group and Law Enforcement Division.

Caylen Wojcik arrives at Magpul Dynamics after serving 8 years as a Marine Scout Sniper. Beginning his military career as an infantry assaultman, Caylen then quickly transitioned into the scout sniper community where he held multiple billets to include team leader, chief sniper and instructor duties.
When Caylen assumed his first billet as a scout sniper team leader he attended multiple qualification courses to include Urban Sniper, Urban Reconnaissance and Surveillance, and Close Quarters Battle. After completing a Western Pacific deployment Caylen was accepted to the 1st Marine Division Scout Sniper School as an instructor. Here Caylen instructed hundreds of US Marine sniper candidates, elements of US Naval Special Warfare, US Army and local law enforcement agencies in the areas of fieldcraft and marksmanship. While an instructor Caylen assisted with the development and implementation of updated sniper marksmanship doctrine and attended the Scout Sniper Advanced Course as well as Helicopter Rope Suspension Training Master course.
Upon completion of his tour as an instructor Caylen participated in a deployment as a chief sniper in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Caylen executed over 100 combat missions as a sniper to include Operation Phantom Fury where he was severely wounded by enemy rocket fire. During his recovery Caylen again served as an instructor with 1st Special Operations Training Group. Caylen’s awards include the Purple Heart, three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, one with “V” for combat valor and the Combat Action Ribbon.
After leaving the United States Marine Corps and between Magpul Dynamics Caylen founded Central Cascade Precision where he trained responsible armed citizens and local law enforcement agencies in the areas of long range precision marksmanship.

Prior to joining Magpul Dynamics in 2012, Jon spent almost 12 years on active duty in Infantry and Special Forces assignments. Jon participated in numerous combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terror, conducting direct action missions, training of foreign forces, and low visibility operations in support of US objectives. As a Senior Instructor/Team Sergeant at the JFK Special Warfare Center and School, Jon was responsible for the training of 150 SFQC students annually in basic and advanced marksmanship, CQB, small unit tactics, airborne operations, mounted operations, and unconventional warfare. In addition to his military experience, Jon has participated in dozens of civilian firearms training courses as a student and instructor and has acted as a consultant to numerous major companies in the firearms and tactical equipment industry.

Steve comes to Magpul with 15 years of law enforcement service in various roles, and continues to serve as a reserve officer with an agency in the southern United States as a firearms trainer for SWAT and patrol divisions.
Steve’s career as a trainer started in the 90's, first at NTFT and then later as the owner and lead trainer of MDFI, both Michigan based companies. He was responsible for the development of new programs and tactics for several local departments and new training curriculums based on low light, home defense and the use of the carbine, handgun and shotgun in various roles.
Steve is active in 2-Gun and 3-Gun competition on the local level, as well as in other competitive disciplines. Steve has been featured in SWAT Magazine and has written for both SWAT Magazine and Surefire Combat Tactics.
Over the years Steve has participated in numerous training programs from notable instructors in the industry as well as many local level schools, and stays active on both sides of the training industry. He is also an avid hunter and has a history in the outdoor/hunting television community as both a hunter and cameraman.
Steve’s knowledge and experience have been extremely significant in the curriculum revisions, and his ability to diagnose and correct student problems brings great value to his classes.
