Course Description
This class focuses on vessel boarding and broad maritime tactical skill development. However, the details of this course greatly depend on the needs of the client, so please contact the training deptment to discuss further options.

Major points of concentration:

• Employment of maritime assault forces
• Precision close quarters shooting qauls (minimum 2 live fire range days)
• Non-compliant/opposed boarding
• Tactical team movements
• Room clearing
• Cell team movements throughout vessels
• Search techniques
• Low/high freeboard
• Hook and climb
• Aerial platform insertions (helicopter, rope, suspension training)
• Tactical coxswain training
• Scenario based training using marker ammunition

The Designated Marksman course or Basic Precision Rifle can be ran in conjunction with the course and come together on final scenario day to complete the MIO boarding team capabilities.
